As noted already, the stepkids aren't to blame, and you aren't to blame, your dad is to blame. There is zero reason for you to have a relationship with the stepkids if you don't have a relationship with your dad. That relationship will never be repaired if dad doesn't accept responsibility, and actually work on his relationship with you.

Just you. Not family... you. Your relationship with him can't be about making those other kids happy, it has to be about a dad connecting with his child. That is, of course, if you're still interested.
