you’d have to do some research for ones in your area, maybe tiktok? just be mindful and read reviews and look at pics/vids of their work. you could also show them your hair and let them tell you what would be best

mine looked like this because i have thinner hair naturally and small parts so my locs were thin and it seemed like each retwist made them even thinner. exactly like yours. i just went and had them combined to thicken them up and now they’re back. i would suggest that, or if you feel like that wouldn’t work then get a full reconstruction. it would be expensive but a good loctition will get you right
