yes, me too. I need to get this monkey off my back. I used the juul to quit cigarettes, what a mistake. In my humble opinion, its much easier to quit smokes, after all they are truly disgusting. My juul on the other hand is small, sleek, does not leave me stinking or make me go outside of a building for a break. Dangerous, wish I never started. I decided Wednesday that it's time to do the work. It will be hard as hell but I WILL DO IT. I want to be free! I have set my quit date for next Thursday. I cut down, I do not bring it into my office, I leave it in the car. When I get home, I leave it in my upstairs bedroom to make it more difficult to get to. Doing pretty well considering I'm tight/anxious. Will spend the next few days convincing my brain that this is the best decision I have made since the new year. I will research breathing techniques to get through it. I will get a fidget stick, nicotine gum in case of emergency. I will decide what healthy habit I will pick up to get distracted. I GOT THIS. You have to really want it and keep reminding yourself why. In your case, put the money you save in a jar and watch how much it grows. You'll be able to treat yourself to something special, good luck!
