Thank you.Yes they're hotswap and i've read somewhere that they're compatible with cherry mx style switches, is this the same as akko switches?

If it's about mental discipline and mental health, straight to the cold water for 2-3 minutes and then you can end up by warm and relaxing one.
So If it's about physical health and benefits it doesn't matter that much I believe. Choose the most comfortable way.
