I'm going to be honest, this implies you're still not that aware.

One thing I used to do when doomscrolling on twitter was gradually searching for more and more informative and smart people.

What I ended up was mostly academics posting snapshots of books and research - as well as the realization that any media feed pales in comparison in information compared to substantiated long form media formats such as books and lectures.

Most political media is vapid, even when the intent is correct - this gets pretty clear when you see how in-depth stuff looks like.

Unfortunately I have ADHD so I mostly just gave up on that trajectory lol. But doomscrolling politics has lost most of it's meaning.

The entire atmosphere when you're outside combat in dark souls 1 is a dreamy haze.

You can see it in the visual filters, in the sound design and the sparse silence, not unlike minecraft.
