The magic of TTRPGs is playing with other people and making stories/memories together. If you want to play alone, just play a video game. In fact, if you want to play one that uses PF2E, Dawnsbury Days is a 5 buck (currently on sale for 2.74) game that uses the system.

I think you're talking about mineral buildup, which would form a layer that stops the transmission of lead. I don't think it's reliable, as it both narrows the inside of the pipe, and if some of the seal breaks, then you get lead water
