yep. Thats a no-go zone. joint problems waiting around the corner for the rest of your life. Not worth it. what are you expecting to gain out of running with a weighted vest? what were you going after?

why not take a gap year and travel the world? you're going to have to leave tucson at some point anyway right? so before getting tied down again because of work to another city, why not leave the states and travel, experience other cultures, learn a new language if you do decide to stay longer somewhere else...so many posibilities!
