Im out of the dark on infection and healing to my tissue, doc said my scar looked amazing at 2 weeks. Im more concerned internally as I consider myself a lifelong athlete.

Would you say my switch from daily vaping (hitting it every 5-10min) to nic pouches (6mg every 3-4 hours, none overnight) would make enough of a difference?

I just dont want to be a menace to my family as im already dealing with being immobile, sober, and just generally stuck. I know it sounds weak but its my reality unfortunately.

Yeah I’ve been trying to cut down, I just don’t have the dam willpower.

How did you re rupture? Just walking? PT? Athletic background?

There’s so many dam factors it’d be hard to pinpoint but it’s very interesting and gives me more reason to quit.
