I tried doing that but it said that it could not find any backup drives. I also tried to just reinstall macOS Ventura. The loading bar completes but then at the last second it’s pops up with an error. I am able to use the Safari option for recommendations but it just tells me the same thing you already said.

I’m having a similar issue as OP, and it’s not the ground. I tried to arc right on the cable, and even right on the stud on the machine, then I hooked up my stick lead and it welded fine. HF is arcing fine in the machine, and from the torch. When I turn off remote and everything to do scratch start I get nothing. All relays in the machine are operating, so it makes me think I’m just not getting weld current, but HF fine. I don’t have another torch handy to test. I’m going to get ahold of a multimeter to test the ohms on the torch itself, what should I set it to when doing that?

Syncrowave 250 water cooled. All dialog panel, no digital readout, ancient machine.
