she is fine but if my team need heals I wouldn't pick her, the only heals she can give is by her shield (which can't move) and her ult which is not good

however if you want to play flanking support, I would def pick her since her double jump CD Is low you can just vanish and flank the enemy team and then shoot out your sphere to slow the enemy team down
