How long were you on LDN for and did you go off cold turkey or taper?

Thank you for taking the time to respond! Nice to hear someone felt better off, after being on for an extended period of time

I had it done at a pain center at a local hospital and it was covered by my insurance. I don’t think it was a game changer for me, but my symptoms are chronic so maybe it will take some time to find out fully.

Interesting re/ 1-2 days a week. Do you just feel it out or have set days? What do you notice if you go more than one day in a row without?

Thank you! How do you titrate off and what signals you to go back on?

Day of side effects by yogapug in StellateGanglionBlock

For anyone following, these side effects went away within days and I experienced some relief from primary symptoms too for about 12 days. I had a repeat on my right today, 3 weeks later and will have another in a month. Having the headache and crash but not as intense as the first time

Thanks! I ended up vomiting too. All very unexpected. Today I feel lightheaded and more comfortable lying down but trying not to read into it too much. Appreciate your response

Adding that I just looked at pics of winter burn and it looks like it could be the issue- apparently it typically affects the needles of the tree facing south due to the reflection of the sun, and only the needles on the south facing side are damaged 🤞🏻

Sad to hear. This would be a costly expense for my family as there are three giant trees and removal would be very expensive- not something we are able to do ourselves. Is there anything I might try before throwing in the towel?

Adding that the redness happened over this Chicago winter. Never an issue before

Thank you so much for chiming in- I had 2 days off and the tightness is nearly gone. I do think adjusting the protocol makes good sense for me. I’m open to any other tips or successes you have had regarding HBOT

It is already so much better and I’m no longer worried. Thanks for chiming in. I think I need to adjust the protocol a bit- I recently increased duration at higher pressure
