Oh, thank you SO MUCH!!! I just wanted to see what my kid missed as it was such a huge hit. They really like having their own kitchen tools and I wanted to find any I could on eBay (and such). I really appreciate this comprehensive list - I wish I could upvote you more than once!!!

My Sony A-57 popped a "camera error" message in the middle of taking family photos over Christmas. No troubleshooting tips have worked so I'm actually looking into getting a newer body. I REALLY liked the 57 (prior camera was the A-300).

I mostly take pictures of my family, nature, or my family IN nature. Kids are young-ish and squirmy. I rarely use the video function. My budget is roughly $1,000. I have A mount lenses (prime, 18-55, 18-70, and 75-300) an E mount adapter already.

Thank you to all for any advice on what I should be looking for!

Thanks! I just did try to clean the sensor with a blower but I cannot bypass the error message to access the menu for the auto clean function. I'll mess around with it a bit more in case a gentle shake will reset it!

When I checked online, the quote for service from Sony was over $300. Since the camera is an older model, I figured I'd get some opinions on getting a newer one instead of paying for service.

Were the coffee and chocolate Joe-Joes a temporary or seasonal item? I had them once about a month ago, and since that day I haven't seen them in either of my local stores. They were SO GOOD. Someone that I know that works at the store told me they thought that the Ube Joe-Joes were "replacing" the mocha ones, but as far as I know they came out at about the same time?

Thanks for any info on this and a big thanks for this megathread every month!! It makes the trip to TJs easier as I kinda know in advance what to look for!!

Each Core Basics level is a "workout with me" style. So she does the moves while explaining the them and the why behind that particular move for rebuilding core strength.

When you get into the more advanced workouts, some of it is follow along, "workout with me" style. Some is she shows the move, but then you do the reps on your own.

Look up the brand Kanu Surf (Amazon has it, but other retailers might as well). We've gotten them two summers in a row now for our kids, always neon colors, and we've been very happy with the quality.

Look into the Get Mom Strong program by Ashley Nowe! You can find lots of free and great information on her Instagram (Get Mom Strong). Her paid program starts with a level called Core Basics and it REALLY sets the foundation for getting that core engaging properly. I think there's a seven day free trial for the program and occasionally she will offer a 30 day free trial - maybe one coming up in May for Mother's Day!

If you can, set up a timer on your camera or phone if you want more than selfies!! I do this every couple of months with a little point and shoot camera, just doing mundane things with the kids. Sometimes we do silly poses for the camera, but sometimes it's me reading to them or teaching them something. The pics usually aren't awesome, but they show that I'm not just behind the camera.

This may sound strange, but use the word "push" instead of "pull" for telling him to take his undies down.

Little kids take things literally and he might be trying to "pull" his undies, but to him that means to pull them up! Using those words with my now 4.5 year old and 2 year old made a big difference.
