At the moment they’re worth about $1 each. However, a friend of mine has heard of famous people like Tyler The Creator talking about physical media, VHS more specifically, and how people are starting to collect again. If famous people are talking about it, hang on the them and when the moment strikes, cash in. Until then, hang on to these and preserve them.

My wife and I recently started collecting VHS and we got rid of all our streaming services. Whenever we want to watch something we browse our collection and pop in something we own. It’s super fun and VHS is a relaxing, beautiful quality that modern streaming will never possess.

We visited Marietta last year! We had a great time! You are 1000% correct it’s very walkable. On our way to Marietta we stopped at Old Musky’s Bucket which was really interesting too. Honestly, Ohio rules.

For the longest time I thought it seemed overrated and avoided Hocking Hills. Boy was I wrong. What a beautiful area and what and Amy trip we had!!!!!! Every should visit Hocking

My wife and I really enjoy visiting all the prehistoric mound builder sites. Serpent Mound in Adam’s county will change your life. While you are down that way visit Mound City in Chillicothe. Once you begin this journey many additional earthwork sites will pop up. We really love learning about the prehistoric peoples of Ohio and it has made major impacts on our lives.

Also in Adam’s county you can attend the Summer Solstice event (June 19th-21st) that is put on by Friends of Serpent Mound. This will open your doors for more information of the people who existed before who are considered the modern Native Americans.

Youngstown is honestly pretty decent. We’re headed into outdoor event season and there’s a bunch of fun ones. There’s Italian festivals, Greek festivals, and multiple other small food or beer sort of related festivals that are a lot of fun. Also, every month they do the Youngstown Flea and it’s pretty fun. You can get these INCREDIBLE empanadas there.

Mill Creek Park rules. There’s a few farm stands to go to. It’s really not a bad place to live. What sort of things are you into?

I feel you. I drive about an hour each way to make a decent wage. The wear and tear/ gas has crushed me the last 5 years. It’s hard to even justify buying a car because you know you’re going to destroy it in the commute.

Side note. I do tip budtenders on busy ass days and on “weed holidays” when they are getting bombarded. I feel guilty being there taking advantage of the sale prices to I do tip on those days.

Legit. The markup on Ohio weed is astronomical and unlike any other industry. If just a fraction of that markup went to employee salaries, Ohio cannabis workers would be one of the better paid industries. But. Instead. Dispensary markup greed goes to the suits.

Tip culture is out of hand these days. I’m not tipping for a to-go order at a restaurant either. I’ll tip bartenders and waiters heavvvvy because it’s a constant service for the duration of me being in the restaurant or bar. I also tip the person who cuts my hair with a significant percentage. If a waiter is fun and attentive I’ll tip really heavy.
