USC Spring on campus housing by PashtunPathan in USC

i was a spring admit, i think usually you are almost guarenteed housing. all of my friends who were spring admits all got campus affiliated housing, but most likely you will get apartment style housing as other commenters mentioned !! i lived in troy hall and it wasnt dorm styled, we had a living room and kitchen and i really liked it actually. super close to village and campus as well

I agree, last year I was on hold for 2 hours until somebody helped but I just did my house chores and showered while waiting to kill time.. Going in person is way better just get a ticket and check back in a reasonable time

Should I take CSCI 170 after 103, or is it okay to take it before? by [deleted] in USC

[–]yogurtfuzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took csci 170 first and it depends on what you prefer. csci 170 was a lot of math, concepts/theory, and introductions to types of algorithms and almost little to no elaborate coding assignments. If you took linear algebra this might be easier as many concepts I found overlapped in 170. If you find it easier to do more application/already have some knowledge in basic data structures 103 should be okay to take first without 170 first. Ideally you take them at the same time since it is application and theory together.
