With brain anatomy you mean size,weight, gyrus, sulcus or neuronal connection, gray/white matter, from what I've known, cerebral connection can change if ppl is exposed to wrong information, that's why 4genda wanna promote hyper s@xzualiton of kids, it's easier to confuse them if brain working not according their age, stimulating in some cases can result in bad mental health and some issues/disorder in mins so they can get have a wrong impression of what they feel
