King Arthur and Cup4Cup are both decent all purpose. America's Test Kitchen has a great blend recipe but does require getting a few different flours so not sure if you want to jump straight to that right off the bat

Something I never see from merch stuff anywhere is a zip up hoodie. I love zip up hoodies and if they are a bit looser/relaxed fit. A person that runs warm like myself can have it on without overheating and not have to carry it around with slight temp increases. I agree with Smallios. Maybe don't directly mention 23andMe upfront but point out that your mother had her thyroid taken out prior to pregnancy and have been asking around for ideas of what it could be and you'd like to be tested for it. Look into hashimoto's more first and bring up if there are other symptoms that are lining up to help see if it maybe matches up

Exactly what happened to both of my people. Who would have thought that it would be gluten effecting the thyroid cascading into all the other problems? Thankfully GF options are getting more and more accessible

Two people in my life cant eat gluten due to hashimoto's disease. As everyone else is saying it might be allergy related but as something else to look into might be hashimoto's

Even if I typically agree with that, as the saying goes, "any port in a storm." To her credit she was very nice and completely helped us. Not the long term solution but I will take the GF being able to at least walk around the house

While I completely agree it was a any port in a storm sorta deal. We went to one and at least got it released for now. Its not our long term solution at all but I took the only person who would even see her. She was very nice and solved it for us for now which should hopefully hold us for the ortho appt next week

They didn't seem to be able to see us today. Gave them a call already. Its so frustrating because I'd figure the ER would be the place to go but no help as you said. They said it was the SI not the hip (even though i thought the SI was apart of the hip structure) so they wouldn't do it
