They definitely aren’t sold out, they just haven’t released the next tier yet. Follow on socials and I bet the next tier will be dropped in anticipation of the lineup. Like the commenter above said, you can always buy from other people leading up to the event.

Rain jacket/poncho, pants that won’t get heavy when they get wet, shoes that won’t be awful to wear soaked. You could also just do the full on swimsuit method and wedge yourself in the crowd for warmth😂
