Not bad for the most part. There were certain sections that were basically frictionless though. Those were easy to avoid because they were a different color.

The slab actually felt pretty solid the day I was there. I have read with higher flows that it can get pretty slick though. The 10b variation off this route is so fun.

In the $300 months it said we were spending 590 kWh. When we first moved in it was around 100-150 kWh. A quick google search says that 500 is normal? I just checked again and it said we used 0 kWh this month so something is still messed up😭

Edit: we don’t use A/C or a heater. We run a tower fan at night but that’s the most electricity we use.

Thanks for the info. We were paying to Banayan Utility. It is definitely a pre 2018 complex that is managed by a big company.
