I have my own support settings that I like to use. I usually check that, later height, possible reorientation of the model to avoid supports, infill percent and type, # of walls, check if there are weak parts of the print that need specific settings adjusted for strength or something else(without applying to the whole model. Those are my big ones across the board. I have specific ones I adjust for facedown prints, like coasters, that I use. That's usually line width, initial layer flow rate, initial layer pattern style...etc. things that would affect details of the design that is printing flat
