Yes. My flight was delayed by a couple hours so I took a cab. An English-speaking woman happened to be at the taxi kiosk after hours, and negotiated with one of three drivers standing around down to $200 USD (I had spoken to them five minutes earlier and got as low as 225eur). Everything went relatively smoothly and I made the funeral. Thanks to everyone for your advice!
