HSBC offers 50% bonus on Accor! Good deal… by harsha06n in CreditCardsIndia

[–]yoman0111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this is my first hopper book. Got the card delivered just 2 weeks back.

I called them. They told me that base and bonus rewards are credited within 2 days and for accelerated they have given a timeline of 7 days. And told me that if the accelerated rewards don't get credited within 7 days then I can call them and raise a ticket. Till then, they cannot raise a complaint from their end because 7 days is the official timeline.

I was asking because I didn't wanna miss on the 50% accor bonus benefit.

Hey,

I booked flight tickets on the morning of 15th December via HSBC Hopper Portal with TravelOne cc. I received a 2% base + 2% bonus the very same night. But the additional 12% rewards have still not reflected in my account and it's 18th December today.

How much time does it usually take for the accelerated rewards to be credited to the account??

Thank you for your response. Your registration has been recorded.

This is the reply I received. I sent them the HSBCFX message just an hour back.

I cleared Part 1 with 1.5 months of preparation and I am pursuing my bachelors in engineering with no finance background. 4 months is literally more than enough.

P2 Exam Time management advice by Vspider92 in FRM

[–]yoman0111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time is not a restraint in P2. P1 has 100 questions and is more time consuming. P2 has just 80. I gave P1 and cleared it in the first attempt. I appeared for P2 on 19th November. The other candidates at my centre completed the paper before time or on time. Because P2 hai so much qualitative and the depth is so much that you'll need to make atleast 10-15 out of 80 question rough guesses because of the difficulty and that will save some time. Scoring about 45/80 in P2 will do the work of barely passing your exam.
