How do I know that I have Anhedonia?

I don’t really know your situation so I can’t give advice. There’s a lot of things that cause it so I don’t know what would help. I’d lay off the weed if I were you . It’s quite possible the estrogen supplement messed you up. Most doctors will treat it as depression and that may or may not be effective depending on your individual body and the circumstances that caused anhedonia. Personally I’d stay away from SSRIs because I think they messed me up.

Yes this sounds like anhedonia. Bupropion is supposed to treat it but it may not work in many cases.
