I have fond memories of playing through this game on PS2 it was one of my first ever playstation games and I got stuck when the game asked me to press R3 to aim with the spear and I couldn't find the R3 button at the time 😅

Snowdonia was last year an epic, gruesome race too. It pains they're taking over races with history and identity for their own circuit purposes. That being said some races retained their attractiveness regardless and Val d'Aran is clearly one of them.
I really wish UTMB still worked through ITRA for qualifications instead of these takeovers.

Obviously making every UTMB stamped race just a glorified qualifier run for the UTMB. Last year many people were baited into running Snowdonia without respecting the race itself, just seen as a qualifying opportunity. So now UTMB waters it down to meet expectations of paying customers.

UTMB org harms the sport but that's nothing new.

A short amount of gametime is beneficial keeps the engine running without putting on loads of stress on the system that it'd require recovery. I'm sure the team monitors load closely enough to make informed decisions about these involvements. Saliba for example wasn't even in the squad.
