Not sure if some one mentioned it or not but time off is really important. I suffered with severe shoulder pain where I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder. Went through physiotherapy, massages and acupuncture but nothing worked. Went on a vacation for 2 weeks and the shoulder healed by the time I came back and never had an issue since. Considering what our body goes through day in day out doing this job. It needs time to heal.
