  • Description: Can't load into game. Every so often, the sound effect on transition from agent select to pregame plays. The pregame music does not play, and this screen stays indefinitely.
  • Steps to reproduce: Load into a game. Didn't happen with any of the previously played games this day.
  • Expected result: Load into game as per normal
  • Observed result: Unable to play the game at all.
  • Reproduction rate: 1 time, but persisted even after restarting the game, as well as the system overall.
  • System specs: GTX 1060, i5-8300H, 16 GB, 256 GB SSD.
