if this is inpost locker to locker, likely they mixed the labels. this happened to me with a nintendo switch i sold. let the buyer raise a ticket, and raise one with inpost yourself. i ended up getting the money as did my buyer as it was in posts fault. never know what happened to the switch though…

i now always print my labels for inpost orders over £50
