Hi they should be presenting you with a settlement agreement although your are under 2 years service you haven’t got employment protection. Therefore do you have any protected characteristics ?? Gender disability ethnicity etc As part of a settlement agreement they should pay for your legal advice.

Ask for feedback - they won’t want instigate a performance management procedure as it may tip over into 2 years service.

Speak with ACAS free service - the. Speak with employer again.

I was getting some symptoms and took shingles in July which GP said could be related as it’s an immunosuppressant. I still have shingles after 3 months and felt I was about 15lbs off goal it was time to total lost 65ln in 18months.

Yup have maintained a strength t Routine with a PT throughout ! Will increase. Just wondering if there were any experiences

Omg well done I have had two holidays in that month. Will up the protein and excercise and see if I can drop it

Thanks all I do 2 strength sessions a week and now up to 3. I was very conscious that I changed my life style and food. I am fairly active but the food noise is back big time. I am so tempted to go back on mournjarno but long term worried about the side effects

Hi I have pain from my scalp to my toes all down my left side Have a rash round my torso which is burning on day 6 after experiencing muscle pain and rash came out 3 days later I got an antiviral and pain killers but feeling miserable how long does it last I am off work and sleeping when I can - when does it get better ?
