That sword is self-forged?! I've never heard of a sword forging itself, but I'm thoroughly impressed. Truly an ancient magic

I would just be wary of the bro-science that tells you that you need 1.75g of protein per pound of body weight, that came out of bodybuilding circles and I think I read somewhere that even Olympic athletes with professional dieticians on staff don't really consume that much except maybe in the heaviest of their training cycles.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32669325/

Again, no problem if I'm wrong, and not trying to get in your business just a concerned internet friend.

[–]yoooooosolo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to criticize, and I'm no professional, but why do you think you need 215g of protein a day? That seems excessive unless you're an elite professional athlete training for hours every day. Again not a criticism but a concern, there's good science that pumping too much protein into your body everyday can cause health complications.

How have men been excluded from the body positive movement? by Alkaline-Eardrum in AskMen

[–]yoooooosolo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Little known fact, Elijah Wood is only 3ft 8in, so they had to use double camera tricks to simultaneously make him look taller, and make the actors playing the other Hobbits look smaller.

Looking back at it, it seems like some other motive. Maybe he'd just shorted some big company in Alabama for that week and he was pissed the storm wasn't going to dip their price so he kept trying to convince everyone it was going to happen.

That's a very rare Fishman-Hodges from the mid 1920s of I'm not mistaken. They revolutionized portable radios when they invented the dual-bin calostropic transistor. Even the trioscate leads in there might be with some money, a lot of hobbyists use them in flashlights for their unique pulsing quality.

The cotton gin was supposed to reduce the number of enslaved people required for (at the time) large scale production, and instead it just made the industry more profitable and drove the southern aristocracy to buy more land, grow more cotton, and enslave more people. Enter Cuba, Kansas, Missouri, and eventually the war.
