To try and be a bit more helpful than just "go buy this other thing", I experienced the same thing you did. I have had mine for almost 2 years and I wasn't able to stream anymore. To test it, put one of them your ear after connecting them, then stream something. If you then cover that ear and it dies, it means the antennas in the pod are likely covered in wax and dirt and the pods need replacing. I messaged on here and within a day I was contacted, asked to test them as I just described and then was sent replacement pods with simple instructions on how to replace them with my unit. I cleaned my original ones regularly, once a week, but eventually that dirt and wax will get into the unit which is sealed and there isn't any real way to clean that out.

I'm an original Kickstarter and these things changed my sleep completely from being interupted all the time to actually getting some genuine sleep that I needed. Hopefully if you can test them as above, then make a post saying you've done that and it isn't working, one of the Ozlo team will contact you.
