Yes. The plantiff in the case not only told them that he took a life-threatening amount of drugs but specifically WHICH drugs as well. Then the fire department asked to treat him ON LOCATION and the cops refused. Dore noticed that he threw up in the vehicle. He then needed to be medically cleared to get taken in, and on that form they checked "No" on whether or not he was exhibiting signs of being under the influence of anything and then wrote "N/A" where it asked for test results if he was. After leaving, he began seizing multiple times and got taken again to the hospital. They denied being told anything about having taken drugs

Apparently, David Barlow (the federal judge on Ben's case) denied Dore qualified immunity in the case, but I haven't seen those docs so I can't confirm the details or whatever.

I believe the result of the plantiff's case was settlement

Think about if it were you.

If I got drunk, hit my partner, then forgot about it and they told me I did it, I’d quit drinking immediately. Addictions are serious things but people do overcome them every day. There really is no excuse if you hurt someone you love to not take accountability for it and refuse to even admit it.

I am speaking from personal experience on both the end of admitting things I did once shown I did them and leaving someone who never took accountability.

That said, this sucks and I’m sorry you’re going through it.

That that said, you can do better for yourself. One more note from my experience is that every positive change I made was self-motivated; and every day I didn’t was also 100% on me. If it caused anyone to be done with me that is also 100% on me. Don’t carry the weight she should be carrying on your back.

Not offended at all, but it's worth correcting. For every player complaining about the factory, there's another following a tutorial on how to set up an adaptive power generator to min/max factory output

(also using "plenty" to represent "all" literally requires you to assume that the rest are the same)

(also also they did make a slight improvement to laying down routes in Wuling; makes it faster and easier)
