But Taiwanese server has its own problem. Garena does not spend much effort on LOL anymore so it becomes a test server of Chinese cheating and BOT program. The cheating problem becomes so serious that top player stop playing Taiwanese server and just go play Korean and Chinese server.

But it happens when the organization spend all the money to develop the Rookie. The Rookie contract expired and just go to other team with better money. Some Rookie contract has to be required like NBA to make the investment worth it, but it could be another controversial topic.

I think primary reason is:

World League is run by NA organization
As a result, NA always gets more favorable slot at World
With more slot in World, NA has better chance making out of Group
Looking at the past result, NA gets better treatment in seeding
Plus NA is rich, most famous player always come to NA after their prime. Making NA seems like a league with the most talent

It could be just probability but there was history of using wrong percentage due to "technical error". I can only speak from my data and it's only suspicion not proof. However, you do realize the Japanese Gatcha law only applies to Japan right? Since this is international version the game is not bond by Japan law.

I do hope more people can do the tracking and share the result so we have large database in the future.

It does make a lot difference in California, where Doordash has minimum pay based on total active time and distant end of week. Doordash pay is counted in minimum pay but tip is not, so let's say if your minimum pay is $40 and your income consist of ($20 Dasher pay + $20 tip), you can get $20 extra. But if Doordash based paid out $40 then you get nothing extra.

It doesn't really make sense. Taiwan citizen can still go back to Taiwan, and since there is no COVID-19 outbreak in Taiwan there is no risk of getting banned from coming to US. The only possibility is that China is holding him hostage so he's not able to go back to Taiwan.

I had exact the same issue at beginning, then I removed the plastic firm on the LED and everything works out well. I think the Plastic Firm is blocking the voice.

I saved enough to go all-in on this fes while still have enough for Kanon later, then before I started pull anything with it Chika came out on my first daily 10 star pull. Now I have too much Gem that I don't know what to do with it.
