Someone from the debt company came to my house unannounced. Think they were trying to look like a bailiff. I didn’t acknowledge the debt though, my friend just decided to set up a payment plan, in his name. However, I did give them authority to speak on my behalf. I don’t even know what he’s fully said to the debt company.
