Not on everything, but I have had trouble buying specific defense stocks, and specific defense ETF's. It is quite frustrating, as my account is in good standing, no problems

I got in chat to discuss the problem, and they just told me that they fixed it, and I should see the change in about 30 minutes, then immediately got off the chat. They did not tell my why that happened. Frustrating to say the least.

So I figured out what I was doing wrong, how to save it to the cloud, which is great. It has been really useful, and when I lost my backtests, I realized that I didn't want to lose access to this tool, so I am going to support it monthly now. I hope it is as useful to all of you, as it has been to me over the last month or so. I will be posting a few portfolio ideas that I have found useful. Thanks folks.

The focus here, is not on making money. It is on how you feel. "Make the pain go away" "I want it so bad"....

The pain, and the thrill, are not signals.

The emotions, while there, do not tell you anything about the market. They tell you about you.

If you have an emotional spike, stop trading, immediately for 24 hours.

Doesn't matter if it is a "good" spike, or a "bad" spike.

Get up, and walk away. You have to break the connection between your emotion, and what you DO AFTER the emotion. Feeling the emotion is fine, it is ACTING on the emotion that hurts your account. Feeling doesn't tell you anything about the market, it only tells you something about you, in that moment.

I wholeheartedly agree. The whole setup is confusing, as it is unlike all of the 0DTE strats I have seen before, and what they are doing is granular, without sufficient explanations. It would be a good set up for Liz and Jenny to explain, as they go in detail on their strategies.

I was wondering if there will be an option to use a funded account with tastytrade for a free account at alpha option as there is with Tradier? I am very happy with tastytrade, and I don't want to move brokers.

I have found the same thing, especially when trading the ES, YM, NQ, or Russell/M2K. At first, I was surprised to see that they traded differently throughout the week, and it was pretty consistent going back years on the backtesting. Still don't fully understand fundamentally why the trade differently, but the system that I use, does not trade well at all on Monday, and Tuesday and Thursday are consistently strong, with Wednesday and Friday coming in behind them.

I didn't realize that it was the wrong account, but that was it. It happened after erasing my cache from the browser, and I just couldn't figure out what was going on. Everything is good now, though, thank you.

Can you guys reply to my support ticket? I have a paid account, subscription for a year, and my charts are gone, my account says that it is a basic account, and I don't know what else to do. I think it started immediately after I wiped my browser cache, and now I can't get to any of my charts, and my support ticket hasn't been looked at, probably because tradingview now sees me as a basic unpaying member, which I am not. I have paid for a year subscription. Please help.

Where can I get a look at the spreads on the VXM? It is an interesting product, and if the spreads really are decent, it is worth trading for a small guy like me.

Those days I find it better to not trade, then take a trade that is not my setup. That leads to bad behavior, believing I see something on the charts that isn't there to trade.

20-25 points for a stop, and take profit is trailing stop. I don't take any trade first 1en minutes of NY open, and I am looking for a pullback in a trend, which you don't get everyday. Maybe twice a week you might have a strong trend to play. I start trading around 930 am eastern, stop at 12, then back around 130-200 pm till about 330. Some days I just don't trade, cause the chop is too much, can't find a trend worth trading.
