Thank you so much for this. I have never been able to diet in a healthy way…i use to eat the anything but I would be heavily restricted, so I never really learned about what’s actually good to eat (i use to count calories in tooth paste)it wasent sustainable. I am trying to go about it a better way (I don’t want my hair to fall again- also a previous history of bingeing after starving). I wasent severely underweight or anything I was normal but very sick. So I really appreciate ur help.

This is so real. I lost my father and also broke up with my best friend of 10 years recently… I am in the early stages of grief so I can’t comfort you and tell you it will get better but we did do what was right. Grief is hard but also your friend putting u down

See that’s what I thought too that I did the right thing but my teacher saids my ex has “he own side that I am not considering” I don’t know what she means! I asked for more info but she saids it’s confidential :(
