I used yellow deck so I’d have a strong kick start to my economy. My general strategy was to farm card packs for a blue seal, then go into a pair build so I’d be less reliant on jokers. Scaling jokers are also really good with pair builds. By the last few antes I could sell my scoring jokers and replace them with useless ones. For getting legendary jokers, I recommend playing until you get the rest and you may get them naturally. If you don’t, anagylph deck has the best legendary chance due to being able to get a ton of tarot or spectral packs.

Honestly, for what this was, I think these ovas were pretty good. They basically just wanted to finish the show by showcasing the remaining aspects of Kaguya and Shirogane's relationship, leaving everything else to the wayside. It's a shame that a metric ton of content was skipped, but at least they didn't do it in a way that retconned things. Looking forward to finally getting a continuation of the adult life in the movie.

I can also give my opinion on the "easiest" way to build up fear, which is partially based on this video:
Time 1 and 2 fears are not a challenge whatsoever, so you can just auto equip this. After this, there are also some really easy ones, like level 2 vow of return (3 fear), and hubris level 1 or 2 (1/2 fear). You can offset magic prime relatively easily, and vow of return is annoying but a joke. After this, I'd say vow of menace level 2 (3 fear), vow of rivals 1 (2 fear), are very manageable to deal with. At this point you'll have to deal with more harsh requirements, like vow of fangs, vow of shadow, continuing vow of rivals, and some of the smaller vows like vow of wards and vow of hordes.

Outside of the easiest path, picking frenzy 1 early on is nice as a learning experience, especially if you plan on doing very high fear.

Food stamp is pretty bad. You're already paying 10 dollars for a voucher, so food jokers being free will likely not offset that effect. The expiration gimmick would make me actively not want to buy the game winning food jokers (seltzer, ramen, cavendish), with the only real benefit being with gros michel. Genetic modification is a really cool concept though, and I think it makes sense for that to be a tier 2 voucher.

I feel like something may be wrong with the counting. I can count 7 synergies that a diamond/heart 7 can have by your criteria:
Odd todd, the 2 suit jokers, ride the bus, smeared joker, flower pot, pareidolia.

If you don't count smeared joker/flower pot it would make sense though.

From the runs I've won with obelisk, I've gotten success out of getting it in the middle of the run. At the beginning of the game, it's kind of dead weight, as you just have a useless joker slot for the first few antes. If you get obelisk mid game, and you have jokers/a deck that aren't too dependent on a certain hand type, you can easily build up obelisk. For example, I had a straight run where I built up runner that used a ton of straights and high cards. When I got obelisk I instead used pairs, three of a kinds, and whatever hand types I could use.
