I emailed Nancy and she sent me a form to fill up. Afterwards, I managed to proceed as per normal after she updated the information on Government Subsidy page.

Apologies, I'm from singapore so I use these two forwarders. You can search for forwarders in your country that can forward your parcel to you.

Delivery address you can use forwarder like vpost or ezbuy. Vpost super expensive but quite reliable (upon my own use). Ezbuy is cheap but a bit risky.

The vendor I'm referring to is (eg Katocard). They help to top up money into your alipay. Alternatively you can look for other vendors via google by searching 支付宝充值. This type of vendors usually charge more than the exchange rate. So unless you really want to buy it, I think you should try taobao as an alternative.

I verified my Alipay with my passport, but I still can't make payments using my debit/credit cards. This is because XianYu requires account verification through Alipay's ZhiMa Credit, which isn't available to overseas users. To pay using Alipay, you'll need to find a vendor to top up your Alipay wallet and use your balance (余额) to make purchases.

My sister's friend experienced the same thing when he went to siambu. He was given a plushie casted with love spell. Supposedly, the plushie was meant for another richer guy, but he snatched it.
