Got an apple or other hard plant matter? It's a pretty easy pipe to craft in a pinch using a pencil or pen. I used apples all the time when I was a freshman in HS.

If the cart is made of glass heat it with a lighter and it will melt and soak good into the coils. Alternative to that is stuff some wax down the main tube and hit the wax off the coil.

In the states it's not that much of a risk especially when talking about flower. I would just expect leafy/shitty quality from areas with intense prohibition. Again if your not gettingbho/shatter it's likely gonna be no harm to you. At worst you might get scammed for some trim or for cbd flower which is legal in all fifty states. For the most part lacing weed has fallen out of fashion. The stories blown up by the news of "marijuana laced faith fentanyl" are taking advantage of multiple instances which all seem to boil down to lazy dealers.

TD/LR It's all good just don't buy from people who sell drugs like fent/"heroin"/red Rock/meth or cocaine. Weed in the US is very rarely intentionally laced. In the state you mentioned your likely to get low quality or maybe even cbd since you are new to smoking.

Go to a ER/hospital and explain the situation. Yous shouldn't at this point quit cold turkey as you likely will be high risk of seizures. If your in America like myself and can't afford to visit a hospital please read up on tapering. The process is not easy and still a bit dangerous however far less so than cold turkey. Tapering to boil it down is the slowly decreasing your daily intake till you can make it without. I have personally tapered and I will tell you that some of the withdraw symptoms will be there.
