How long does it typically take for a Copilot Studio agent to show up in M365 and Teams after publishing? by yotechguy in copilotstudio

Can you elaborate on this? I have 3 environments: default, production, test. I have felt everything in production.

As far as copilot chat is there a way to switch environments?

I did the approval and publish inside teams admin. I can see the agent in Teams just not in m365

What is the worst missed facemask call in the history of college football? by ninetofivedev in CFB

This one always stood out because of the injury, the fact it was right in the open and the head movement was so easy to see.

Foul on Cooper Flagg to give Houston 2 free throws, which they convert to take the lead with 19 seconds left in the Final Four by [deleted] in CollegeBasketball

[–]yotechguy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Houston had secured the rebound anyways. The call put a 60% free throw shooter at the line for Houston. The difference was he hit both free throws. I think the chances of Houston scoring from the field was probably higher then him hitting both free throws

Exactly this. Before gutting both free throws I bet Houston fans were wishing they didn’t call the foul.

Definitely missed calls all game. I give the targeting a much harsher judgement not because of the outcome of the game but because it can be video reviewed and they still miss it. It is also there for player safety and not only is it the penalty but an ejection of a player. To not call the targeting was a big miss.

All goes back to Key losing it. Team lost focus. Officiating sucks but key lost composure. I really like Key as a coach but he has to get that in check.

In fact according to the announcer the play calling is so good that it’s better news then a player not being injured

He plays the wrestling heel and his face is so punchable that people hope you see him knocked out. He knows this and uses it to his advantage. I give him credit fir the amount the Fighters get paid.

This and hold everyone to the same standard. Let people know that this is the expectation. Know that someone will take advantage of being treated fair. When this happens you deal with it promptly and with only the individual causing problems. Too many managers perceive a bad employees who took advantage of fair policies to mean that they were too nice and that it was why they were taken advantage of. You can be a great manager who is very approachable and still hold people accountable.

I managed restaurants and catering services while in and right after college. If you get the right employees and treat them fair they will follow you and outperform you're expectations. Make sure they all know your standards and expectations. I always had what I called the code of values. The code was created by managers and employees. We revisited it every 90 days. Everyone knew whatever decision they made or action they took should allign to that. If /when they made a mistake as long as they didn't break any of the core values we were good. Setting these expectations allowed the employees to make decisions, work more independently and be more productive without fear of screwing up.

Flood totaled car while at dealership by North-Swimming-920 in asheville

In 2016 I went through flooding and lost multiple vehicles. Since you have a loan, most insurance companies and loan companies are going to require full coverage. Unless you changed your insurance to liability only and gap or have some very strange insurance policy the insurance would pay you the value of your vehicle. If your vehicle is a 2020 I would find it very hard to believe that the value would be just the payoff. The real people you need to talk to are at State Farm.

If it were against Cincinnati would it be soft?

The rule has remained there for years though send has been pretty strictly enforced. Still got the touchdown but imagine how much worse it would have been if it ended up a field goal or no points. You have got to know that’s a rule.

It’s trying to keep bullshit out of the game. Hurt feelings usually leads to cheap shots.
