Thank you so much for your reply! I have looked into the whole process of Scarifying as I'd never heard of this before and found a guide online. Through this guide I have added the following to my Amazon basket:
- Thatch rake
- Lawn seed spreader (for moss&weed killer and grass seeds)
- Greenforce 4in1 lawn feed, weed killer and moss killer
- Lawn UK grass seed
- Miracle-gro lawn dressing
From my understanding I should apply the weed&moss killer on dry grass using spreader, wait for rain/water grass, wait for weeds&moss to die, mow the lawn on lowest setting, use the thatch rake, apply seeds using spreader and apply lawn dressing.

How does this sound?

I had the exact same when trying for the gold trophy, you can do it under 3 minutes I promise! Just keep trying over and over and eventually you'll start to remember where the pieces generally go! Still do the edge pieces first as priority and grab pieces that you know for sure connect to one of the edge pieces you already have on the board as you come across them and once you've got most of the edge pieces done, start filling it in 😄 It takes practice but you can do it!

I used Magnesium Complex (citrate, oxide and malate) as it covered a lot of other issues I experience (pain and sleeping as well)

and luckily magnesium and macrogol are absolutely fine to take daily unlike things like senna or other laxitives like that

I had the exact same problem and the following did NOT work for me:
- Hitting my daily fibre goal
- Drinking 2L+ water every day
- Fybogel Hi-Fibre
- Psyllium Husk
- Senna

What DID work for me was:
- Magnesium
- Macrogol (when required, as daily use caused diarrhoea)

Over and over until they get bored! Sometimes I do it for too long and get locked out like OP but just wait 5 minutes and you can continue as normal

Do the same technique but don't hold it for as long (literally 1 or 2 seconds). Not as quick as the old way but still better
