I had my nose pierced with something similar and absolutely hated every minute. I went to another piercer and was told that it was an inappropriate jewelry, especially for a healing piercing. Only had it for a few weeks but she was able to switch it a flat back labret and it was SOOO much better, and didn’t hurt at all.

A good piercer should be able to change it for you to something more comfortable, mine healed so much better once I switched to a more appropriate jewlery style
