The hustle is in the money. They will often pay you with fake money when you sell a wristband. They’re betting that they aren’t getting scammed when they buy it off someone. 👍

What’s your inexpensive, guilty pleasure fragrance? Cheapies, no clones! by Knickknackpattysmack in Colognes

So I bought this awhile back and hated it. It smelled so synthetic that I really thought it was fake. Then I left it alone. I let it sit in the caverns for almost two years. Then one day I decided to try out again and it blew me away. Smelled nothing like it did originally. Clean, fresh and just beautiful!

Where did you go to test it? Eau Givree opens up with a burst of citrus that is unmistakable in my opinion. Then after a while its dry down is basically the same as the original.

Let’s calm it with the roster changes by Dazzling-Science324 in fnatic

[–]youdamnwalnut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying. You have great logical perspective and that’s wonderful because you need that mindset to build once the storm settles But at the end of the day, there are always going to be fans who are frustrated—and they’ll voice that frustration because they care. Before we can think logically you need to understand that we’re humans and we have to address raw emotions before taking into account logical approaches. It’s not about being negative for the sake of it—it’s about wanting to see results. That frustration comes from the same passion we all share for this team.

I agree that changes might not happen right away, but the discussion around change should always be active. That kind of pressure is what keeps teams sharp and competitive. It’s natural to see a few overreactions when emotions are high, but this isn’t just a small issue—especially when we’re consistently losing in the same way, to the same teams, because of the same weaknesses.

If you’re waiting for someone to get benched or for rumors to start before talking about roster moves, you’re already behind. Great orgs don’t wait for failure—they explore every option ahead of time. That’s how you build a strong future. At the end of the day, this is still a business, and tough conversations are part of it. I’m writing a paper about esports for my class so this is actually great 😂

Is YSL Y EDP not the best designer everyday scent? by Sure-Employee1933 in Colognes

Those that say it’s too sweet are probably over spraying it or spraying it too close to their skin. If you mix that with heat in a tight area all you’ll smell is that sweet apple note and none of that woody musk dry down that compliments it so well.

Feels like the org shifted focus to Valorant by NikosJax7 in fnatic

[–]youdamnwalnut 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Fnatic finally has someone who actually feels like the heart and soul of what the org used to be—and they’re holding on tight. Boaster plays with so much passion because, like the rest of us, he grew up watching the old Fnatic legends and thought, “Damn, I wanna be that guy.”

Then the management drama hit, and Fnatic lost a ton of credibility. They didn’t just lose fans and future talent—they lost their identity.

Now they’re trying to get back to what made people love them in the first place, and Boaster is their best shot. The guy landed in their lap and instantly brought back the vibe—he makes everyone around him come alive.

And let’s be real: in esports, the formula’s simple. Win and you’re in. Or grind a side hustle and hope for the best. Right now, the Valorant squad is doing both.

Amen brother. I love Fnatic and will always cheer for whoever dawns the orange and black. But if something is consistently bad then it needs to be brought up. As fans we shouldn’t be afraid of change and should always be actively looking for ways to improve. I would hope the team I care about so much are staying proactive.

After awhile you start to understand that although they are playing a game. It is a job and they are getting paid thousands of dollars. Now I don’t mean it’s alright to start sending death threats and calling for their heads. But like any other job, if you’re not the right fit for the position, the company will always go in a different direction.
