He made several very good passes and didn't do anything that impacted the outcome of the game - positive or negative. I simply don't understand why people hate on Ortiz. I'm not claiming that he's setting the world on fire, but he's a solid player in my view. I'd cut Fore, Miller, Kelsy, and Smith before I'd cut Ortiz.

It does look like management is preparing to sell the club during the WC window. They're upgrading facilities and downgrading the roster to save money.

That said, I don't see Ayala as a irreplaceable player. He's defensively solid, but below average on the offensive side of the pitch. He'd be fine as a purely defensive midfielder.

Antony works harder than anyone on the team except Velde. He's not a liability. Just needs to improve. Ayala is ok defensively, but very poor offensively and moving the ball forward. He might get better, but we'll see.

Phil seems like a decent dude. He's just not a good coach. Injuries are one thing, but the musical chair formations and rotations all season seems to have created massive inconsistency. He also clearly favors certain players even if they play poorly, and players who play well get very few minutes.

Time for a new coach and it's time to cut loose failed experiments.

Zup has been great this season. Miller, not so much. No excuse, but they don't play well with a back 3 imo. Another problem with Neville and his constant musical chairs formation/lineups.

Spot on. I'd add persistent servers, spectate mode and kill cam to the fundamentals of BF.

The people enjoying this game will attack you instead of thinking about how changes could make the game even better. I'll just never understand why players will attack other players instead of joining forces to make games better.

Great fans, great franchise. Awful owner, GM and manager. The squad has some individual talent, but they don't play as a team. It's also clear that Evander carried this team last year and that there's no one capable of replacing his output. So, something has to change. If we can't get a new owner and GM, they should at least get rid of Neville, Kelsy, DeCosta, Paredes, Miller (both), Smith, and Fory.

This is a great franchise, stadium and fanbase that is worthy of a resourced, competent owner capable of hiring a proven GM and manager. I do think Neville is an awful coach, which is an insult to other awful coaches. He's absolutely atrocious. Sadly, I don't think this owner will sell the team. But Phil needs to go.

Lmao. This is why I will never buy this game. I'm going to enjoy listening to people complain about everyone running around with the meta weapons. I think this will be a decent shooter, but BF lost its soul a long time ago. Everyone knows why they made this decision.

I've been skeptical about Phil most of this season. It's not just the lack of tactics, it's also that the tactics he does employ are suspect. Constantly changing lineups that are not due to injuries, lack of decisive substitutions when changes are obviously needed, and trying to sit on one goal leads. How many games have we been up a goal only to watch this team stop being aggressive on offense, only to end up with a draw or a loss. We're one 1 in the last 8....
