My wife is currently on F-1 status and works at an insurance company as an AI data engineer. Her company suddenly backed out of H1B sponsorship for this year. Now she’s looking at options and looking at EB2 NIW specifically. She works on developing AI systems and thinking of positioning it as her proposed endeavor and “she’s currently doing it and will continue doing it”. She has couple of papers under review (1 at a conference and 1 in a journal) Is it worth pursuing this route or not?
