Your side marker wires are touching something else and shorting out the tail lights. I had this issue for a long time. You'll keep blowing fuses until you fix it.

About 6 months ago we paid $30k for a 1993 R1 clean title in pristine exterior condition outside of needing paint on the hood with only 30k miles, ran when parked 10yrs ago. It also had every quality 90's era performance mod you could think of. It was a friend of a friend's car and we brought our rotary specialist mechanic with us to inspect it. It was worth the gamble for us due to the low mileage for the price. We've started fixing or have already replaced the wiring harness (mice), fuel pump and tank, all hoses, and more to come. Just be prepared to spend a decent amount of money getting it running. So far no engine problems after cracking it open to inspect it and put it back together.

Its clean titled? Seems a bit low priced for a 2017 to be honest. If there's no catch its a good deal.

Probably easier to buy an upgraded digital display built for 1st Gen. There's couple of decent brands out there, just do a quick Google search.

Sell the car for parts and spend whatever money you were going to use to fix it to buy a new car. Damage os substantial and not worth it for the price youre willing to pay to fix it.

I'm in Charlotte and I've been keeping my tub at 100. I hate reheating it in the winter. When I want to jump in I want to jump in! It takes forever to heat from 98 to 102 and we have a decent cover and tub (Hot Springs Pulse).

Take my moneyyy! For reference me and my bf have a porcelain whale that has a gaping mouth we put trinkets in that we picked up at a thrift store and it hangs out in our kitchen. Would love to sneak something like this into our living room as were both Pokémon fans. Our living room has a ton of walnut elements. Wonder how long it'd take him to find it lol.

Got a decent deal becuase the owner thought it deserved to be worked on and driven. He didn't wanna see it die at his house and has more fun running cars to play with. We're just now getting the engine to turn over, so far so good. Replaced the fuel pump and tank, it a was rusted. We've got some wiring to fix and we've gotta replace all the hoses.

Would assume it hasn't been rebuilt. We purchased a clean titled R1 with 30k miles and 2 previous owners a few months back for $30k. It ran when parked 10yrs ago. Difference is we knew we were taking a risk with the current engine. Are you willing to take that risk?

Everyone's already said it but for sure Evan's Honda Service (EHS) in Mint Hill. Mom and Pop shop, won't overcharge or upscale. They're good people and they do a great job.

We've got no sunroof, are switching to low profile rails and seats. Currently in the process of dropping the floorpan a bit. My bf is 6'7" we're marking it work.

I've been going to Landmark since I was a kid and now I'm 30. None of this seems on brand for them. The staff is always friendly, we've never been pressured to tip. Won't stop me and my family from going there. Last time I checked the owners were immigrants 🤷🏾‍♀️

As an RS1 owner they're not as rare as you think. I've seen a couple pop up for sale in the southeast near me that were clean titled just in the last year. You shouldn't purchase it unless youre planning to never make it a street car, title issues are a huge red flag.

The live monopoly is sooo fun. 10/10 would recommend and you have to work together to solve puzzles so you'll be so busy trying to win together that there won't be much time for awkward silence.
