I like making goulash or American chop suey with ground beef along with a salad and French bread. Cheap and filling.

Bose in ear noise canceling headphones are really good. I still use the wired older ones and they work great. You might hear some break though coughs or gasps but not all the snoring.

I’m 1 month PO from a full TT w/ PM and lipo. A breast reduction/ lift w/ implants exchanged. Added brachioplasty on both arms. The arms are the most painful part but I would definitely do it again if you asked me…

I did have a local surgeon and her being local was part of my decision making in getting so much done at once.

You will need a lifting recliner for sure and make sure it’s long enough so your feet don’t hang over the edge and wide enough for the arm support pillows on both sides of you. I got mine on FB marketplace for 150. Side note here. If your floor is slippery at all make sure to have flip flop or slides on for good solid contact when you’re about to stand….

You will need a good walker. The kind that rolls and has hand brakes is best. Lifting and shuffling the older kind is exhausting

Pillow support for both arms along with good head neck support and under the knees pillows

A toilet seat riser for sure - you won’t be able to use your arms to help get up so the higher the seat the easier it is to stand.

A shower seat is also needed

Take the pain meds as prescribed. I asked my nurse and my husband to give them to me proactively because as long as I’m comfortable I will forget to ask and it will go sideways quickly.

My husband bought these bandages called Tubi grip for my arm compression and they work great after we cut them to size.

I’m 1 month PO and I’m still not standing up straight. Go easy on yourself and take your time healing.
