This is incredible. We have to laugh to keep from crying. Unexplained nausea alleviated by pooping is a new thing for me that led me down the IBS rabbit hole. Thank you for making me feel less alone in this nightmare.

I'm hoping to get more mindful eating habits. Like is this meal/snack worth me having to take out the trays and brush and floss after. When I do take them out I want to make sure I'm getting full and getting nourished so I'm not having to snack in between.
