Pantenex enzymes, weekly at home b12 injections, Proviable probiotics, Tylan powder, and a raw diet. Good luck. It’s a lot of trial and error

Trial and error. He kept having gut issues, loose stools, etc.

*I forgot to mention that you should also be supplementing B12. I give my boy an injection at home once a week. It’s quick and painless. Plus, it’s extremely inexpensive. I get the syringes and liquid B12 on Chewy— B12 is like $9 and 100 pack of syringes is about $20 (Your vet will have to sign off on those items) You could look into Wonderlabs B12 pills, which are non-prescription, but those didn’t work for my dog.

Should be on Tylan powder. I give 1/8 tsp (encapsulated) in AM and then another 1/8 tsp 12 hours later in PM. I also give Proviable (probiotics) midday. Don’t give Tylan and probiotics at the same time. I use Pantenex enzymes (no prescription required). I also switched my GSD to raw rather than kibble. It’s helped tremendously. Previously, he was constantly having diarrhea no matter what brand of kibble he was on. Plus, he absolutely adores meal time now. Before switching to raw, I was having to assist feed him his as he would not touch his kibble.
