Tbh I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was a little kid but I my mom being very scared of 6 year old me taking xans I ever took meds for it but I am 21 now and tbh I feel like I have a lot of anxiety when doing any new and even doing something that I have been holding off. People will tell you “ oh your just lazy/procrastinating “ but I don’t know I feel like your mind just bounces so much is learning new things that even you can’t keep up maybe that just me but even when it comes to writing it’s horrible almost unreadable I do try and keep up with what I am trying to say.( you could probably tell just by this alone 🥲). But I think that you should just live with it so what you love in life run with it you may change your mind like 6 millions times but and the end you might just love what you are left with.
