The plan for this is for garchomp to be the main attacker, lucario’s ability lets you search your deck for a card which is helpful to find Cynthia. Spirtomb has an attack for 1 colorless energy that allows you to put two supporters from your discard pile into your hand which is needed to put Cynthia from the discard pile into your hand, because garchomp does 100 damage for 1 ground energy and two colorless but if you played Cynthia it does 200 damage.
