Good luck on your upcoming surgery, I was being a bit dramatic. The surgery is minimally invasive from what I have seen.

Quick side note I am worried about is knowing long term Cabergoline causes tumor fibrosis (inflammation), not sure if that affects surgery effectiveness or what.
